WhatsApp rolls out new features for iPhone users

WhatsApp has rolled out some new features for the iOS users. The updated feature allows iPhone users to select to save the incoming media for specific chat or group so that the images and videos are automatically saved in the gallery.

WhatsApp has released an update feature for iPhones like sending files from Google Drive and Dropbox .
The feature provides iCloud Drive, Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive etc to send files to other contacts. You can send photos and videos stored in cloud storage services directly from WhatsApp.Other files stored in the cloud, like Excel sheets or Word documents cannot be sent via WhatsApp. WhatsApp for Android gets document sharing feature

WhatsApp has added the document sharing feature on Android smartphones.

WhatsApp allows users to share PDF files in document sharing.Document sharing is not  support for .doc, .xls and other commonly used file formats.To share files, you need to tap the attachment icon on the top right of the screen in a chat window and select the ‘Document’ option. This opens a list of PDF files stored in the system.
This update has not been released to all Android users via Google Play. To receive the document sharing feature ,download the install file directly from the official website.

The new feature for Android comes just a day after WhatsApp added new features to its iPhone app, including cloud storage integration for sending photos and videos.
